Kenny Stahl, Flute
Kenny Stahl is an extremely talented and highly versatile flutist. His
efforts in the classical music world have included playing principal
flute with the Miami and Reno Symphonies.
Kenny is also a world-class jazz flutist. Born and raised in Chicago,
Kenny has studied and performed many forms of jazz, from Contemporary
and Bebop to Latin and Brazilian. He has received performance degrees
from the Universities of Alabama and Nevada.
Kenny has toured with a number of popular music stars, including Stevie
Wonder and Lee Greenwood. He is an accomplished recording artist and his
flute playing has been featured with such notable jazz artists as Cal
Tjader, Jaco Pastorius, Ira Sullivan, Herb Jeffries, Paul Horn, Ritchie
Cole, Helcio Milito, Claudia Villela, and Jeff Linski.
Kenny's new CD, "Kenny's From Heaven" features some legendary San
Francisco musicians and is receiving rave reviews and national airplay.
