Manual for the Name Connotation Profile
The Name Connotation Profile was used to evaluate general population reactions to first names. In that instrument, participants provide quantitative responses to the impressions they get from another person's name (e.g., based on the name alone, do they judge the person to be successful (or ethical or popular).
